He meant it in the sense that the Shinobi system was flawed. He wasn't just doing it out of rage of Rin's death.

Its alwys been great. I just get disappointed whenever theres a godlike battle and the endings not as great. Like pain. Destroyed konoha but revived everyone. And fighting obito. Somebody dies then get revived is cool and all but if theyre not doing anything, theyd just be forgotten and itd be the same as if they died. Its just my opinion

Theirs some moments that i liked about part 2 but overall it felt like a whole diffrent story, i hate how kishimoto changed naruto's goal, at first he was just striving for hokage, now he changed it into naruto changing the world and being the "Prohecy child" and all that B.S, also sasuke wanting to destroy the village was very stupid, kishimoto kept changing sasuke's character to good then bad, then good, then bad and it was preety annoying, after the itachi fight, he should've went back to the village also the edo-tensei's being so weak, kabuto even enchanced their powers, and they had unlimited chakra but Imo they were defeated so easily, also obito was a very weak villian, when he was tobi, he seemed so bad-ass and seemed like he was a true threat, i mean he ruined naruto's life and alot of other peoples, but instead he turns out to have a weak resolve (Rin Death) and he got outclassed when he was suspose to be the strongest and talk no justu'd by naruto, he had so much power and it was not used well, and the fights with obito were like 2 hits per chapter, and the rest was flashbacks, the biggest promblem with naruto was the war arc itself, it could've been done way better, Shippuden in itself could've also been better, alot of characters barely got developed, it had its good and bad times.

You can't predicted every possible thing that happens in the Manga or expected every thing to be like you envision it to be.If it did then Kishi is not doing His job if you can with certainty predicted all.

Part 2 > part 1 for me I like how everyone is more mature and stronger

But it got dicey spots. 5 Kage summit was mostly shitty but it recovered with confine jinchuriki arc. Then it got shitty again when Edo Itachi showed up and babysat Sasukeh and warped his brain AGAIN. But it recovered with Juubi Obito fight. And it's been good ever since except for obito crying over Rin too much but he did good until that point

Pain arc was best arc tho

Edit no jutsu : love how they brought back the Hokages and upgraded versions of what we got to see from part 1. :3

Edit x2 no jutsu : now that I think about it... I guess it'd have ta be when Naruto and others gained power ups... Where is our tactical thinking now... Like Shikamaru laying traps, and Sasukeh using those strings--etc.

Midway into this war started to become repetitive and boring. The Gokage surviving Madara's assault was ridiculous. Learning that Minato actually had SM was bs. This war is becoming much more interesting now from seeing Gai's 8th gate and Sasuke doing his thing with his new Rinnegan Juubi eye.
