yeah but i mean like the actual technique of summoning above your enemy and yelling food cart destroyer, its the same jutsu that minato and jiraiya used.

Naruto made a contarct with the toads,, this why he can summon any toad he whats providing the toad whats to be summoned aswell. Pa frog probally set it up for the upcoming war to make all the toads cooeperate with naruto.

I think the only thing throwing people off is the name of the summoning, it's basically the same thing except the toad starts off in the air. I'm sure he could've learned it at many points, the most likely to me would be sage mode training. The only really reason it's called the wacky name is because Jiraiya liked to make entrances. I hate to sort deflate the magic of the jutsu, but it's really only cool when it's used stylishly. Naruto never learned that from Jiraiya despite nearly 3 years together, I guess it's something some people have and others don't. It was part of his genius, lol...

Naruto signed a contract with the Toads, He can summon Toads or just about anything at Toad Mountain to use and the Toads can summon Naruto to Toad Mountain along with what Naruto has that they may need. It works both ways.
