when can you put pictures in your signature?

when im going to change my signature the little thing that says 'signature permissions' says i cant put pictrures in my sig. when can i?

make sure u copy the BB link not the ordinary html link of the pic u want to add and then go to (Edit Signature) and paste it there it should work

k i dk how i am going to explain it to u
but ill try my best
k first thing to do.. go to the picture that u want to add as ur signature and click at it
a small window will open showing the pic u clicked at
and beneath it u ll find 2 codes
the first 1 is (Picture URL) and beneath it ull find a huge code start with (http naruto sth etc...).
and the
second 1 is (BB Code)
it start with (
