[Question] When can I join a village?

Hey, when can I join a village?
I have a yet non approved Bio from Konoha. Can I send Konoha request to join or do I have to wait for my bio approval first?
And what do I write in 'reason'

You can apply without a biography and at any time you want. While it is not a requirement to RP in order to apply, it is a better option.

For reason, you simply write the reason you want to join said village.

But what if I want to join because of my Bio?

You usually mention that: "I would love to join Konoha, because I personally feel it's an awesome village, and a quite dominating village too, giving birth to one of the best shinobis in NV and also because my character hails from that village". I mentioned something similar. XD

No, if you're asking whether you must join Konoha because your bio is from there, then no. The bio's born land and the official villages are seperate matters. Neither one of my bios say born in Kumo.

Just be aware that whether or not you may join a village hinges solely on the kage's approval usually. It may take days.
