When and how the hell did Madara give his eyes to Nagato?

Ok so that's implied in 602 and it if that statement is true then he didn't have any help from Obito. So how did he manage to go to when Nagato was and give his the Rinnegan? Since we know Nagato was a little kid when he had those eyes. And Madara was an old man unable to move from his underground lair.

If it makes sense for anyone then please explain it to me too

OT: He didn't even have Zetsu (at least we saw nothing like that yet) And moving with the Mazo..that wouldn't go unnoticed.

Also if he had met with Nagato and Nagato remembered it then Nagato was way too commited to Madara and Obito not to say anythin about that for a person who betrayd them

Ok the way I see it nobody has a clue except the posibility of Zetsu helping (although we saw no Zetsu in 602...maybe he will make his appearance in 603 )

Okey, so in order to awaken the rinnegan, you need both uchiah dna and senju dna? If this is true, why don't obito has his own pair of rinnegan eyes? because the eyes he is using is madara's eyes.

Well whenever Madara gave nagato his eyes, he wasn't as old as he was when he saved Obito. So maybe at that point he didn't need to feed off of Gedo mazou's chakra in order to move around and stay alive.
