Ask an artist and they'll tell you everything is art. They're right to at least some extent, since art is defined as the "the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination". Where do artists draw influence? Life.

It is inevitably the source and often the template, whether it be nature like in Monet's "A Field of Poppies" or matters of emotion like in Chopin's Nocturne no.20.

Art is subjective. If I shit on swastika and present it, a liberal lecturer might call it an art but most will call it piece of shit. not just creative when people view or see something if it is something that touches them, something awe inspiring, beautiful,something perfect or smooth it is called an art. Is your way of living such a thing? It can be.

Art is a form of self expression. The thing is no one can figure out completely what the artist really sought to self-express. Take a painting for example. You could see in it just pieces of spoiled food that the painter might have spewed accidentally on the canvas in his way to the bathroom, when in fact the guy meant to paint a Supernova.

It's the definition of subjectivity in its purest form.

Life it's just a series of (more or less) random events. It's how you experience those events and what impressions you derive from them that makes it possible to give birth to art.

Life for many inspire the imagination, take,meaning and symbolism, invokes thoughts and feelings, art is meant to take you to another world like life like imagining the life of an ant or looking at old things in abstract new ways. Hope this helps
