Fair justice is interesting ( eye for an eye) --however there are crimes where that is not applicable-- or the punishment would actually be a detriment to society.
I also think preventative justice ( lets say a individual could see the future- they would prevent/punish the ones who are going to commit a crime) would make for a fascinating one piece admiral worldview
However for myself- I would likely take a comparative justice view. In that I:
would judge actions acknowledging intent, circumstance, outcome, pro's and con's of punishment etc.... --- Above all in my comparative justice I would compare the costs and benefits that punishing the guilty have on society.
ie. Something bad happened--- I would ask why did it happen, tell me the whole story, and what is the most beneficial course of action to take now..
For example under my justice if a child accidentally killed someone I would view all the facts, "circumstances" and to the best of my ability determine an outcome that is most beneficial to society.
-I imagine I would get in alot of fights with "fair justice" because under that clause circumstances are irreverent- its only actions and outcomes.
