Well the person who originally post that was over thinking it I think. It seems logical that any girl would cover her face if some person just came in a took a picture of her like that, that's an embarrassing situation.

I think you are the one overthinking it, and how do you know that person is a girl?
The person has the physique of a male, has short hair, and the underwear is that of a male. They are not pink, they are just in refraction due to the skin tone of the person in relation to the white underwear. And a parent wouldn't have their female daughter naked like that, she would have a female version of an undershirt.

That naked dude is currently washing his clothes that he was wearing, and he's shy about it when people come to use the laundry, so he's piently waitng for them to dry up

I don't like those crocs for myself but they look lovely in that image and on kids in general. That red is striking when compared to rest of the background as well and it emphasizes it. The magazine looks glossy and one of those fashion/celebrity magazines. You asked for comments on the picture and I typed what it makes me think. Wasn't that the point? Another persona may think of something else.
