Images to clear your mind:
Manga info:
Shinju wasn't affected by the humans. The Juubi can use seals. Juubi tried to take over Obito and consume him. The Juubi was able to sense the other bijuus and kinda got disquiet because of it. The Juubi could perform hand seals. Shinju/Juubi also interact with Madara telling him to 'absorb'.
Manga idea:
Gedo Mazo - Shinju first form
Juubi - Shinju second form
Shinju - Shinju last form
The main plot will be about a Holy Tree that is mad at humanity and will destroy every single human in the world to restore "peace". The Juubi was the same of a fruit coming from the God Tree, but instead of a fruit, it gave birth to a monster to go after the ones who stole its chakra.
I don't like it. At all.
Things that doesn't fit:
Shinju was never affected by the humans, but its first form was Gedo Mazo, a human form (!!!).
What's the link between Shinju and the Juubi? By manga facts, it's said that the Shinju regressed to the form of the Juubi to go after its chakra, once stolen by Kaguya. Yet, we only see the Juubi fighting against Kaguya sons (Rikudou and his brother).
If the Shinju idea is to destroy our world, why didn't it start to cast the Mugen Tsukuyomi as soon as Kaguya stole the fruit? Since the Shinju is the final form of the Holy Tree, I can't understand. There was no moon, ok, but just the tree used by Madara all around the world would be more than enough to destroy humanity, since nobody but Kaguya could use chakra back then.
Shinju took years to do something about it. Kaguya's son were, at least, 16 years old at time when it first decided to act. They fought the Juubi and won. Since Kaguya wasn't showed after Juubi's appearence anymore, we have to assume she was dead or immobilized or something else.
