Manga info:
Shinju wasn't affected by the humans. The Juubi can use seals. Juubi tried to take over Obito and consume him. The Juubi was able to sense the other bijuus and kinda got disquiet because of it. The Juubi could perform hand seals. Shinju/Juubi also interact with Madara telling him to 'absorb'.

Manga idea:
Gedo Mazo - Shinju first form

Juubi - Shinju second form

Shinju - Shinju last form

The main plot will be about a Holy Tree that is mad at humanity and will destroy every single human in the world to restore "peace". The Juubi was the same of a fruit coming from the God Tree, but instead of a fruit, it gave birth to a monster to go after the ones who stole its chakra.

I don't like it. At all.

Things that doesn't fit:
Shinju was never affected by the humans, but its first form was Gedo Mazo, a human form (!!!).

What's the link between Shinju and the Juubi? By manga facts, it's said that the Shinju regressed to the form of the Juubi to go after its chakra, once stolen by Kaguya. Yet, we only see the Juubi fighting against Kaguya sons (Rikudou and his brother).

If the Shinju idea is to destroy our world, why didn't it start to cast the Mugen Tsukuyomi as soon as Kaguya stole the fruit? Since the Shinju is the final form of the Holy Tree, I can't understand. There was no moon, ok, but just the tree used by Madara all around the world would be more than enough to destroy humanity, since nobody but Kaguya could use chakra back then.

Shinju took years to do something about it. Kaguya's son were, at least, 16 years old at time when it first decided to act. They fought the Juubi and won. Since Kaguya wasn't showed after Juubi's appearence anymore, we have to assume she was dead or immobilized or something else.

much like Godzilla's portrayal in the recent movie, the Shinju cannot be held to our subjective standards of good and evil; it knows no such thing nor does it abide--in the nihilistic sense--by our morals.

Its purpose, from what I've deduced, is that of equilibrium--a natural force in the world that maintains peace.

Now, however you wanna look at it, one thing's for certain, us humans are much too egotisic to see past our actions in the grander scheme of things. Essentially, we're a virus, a thinking virus that only thinks about its own betterment.

The actions of the Shinobi Alliance are rebellious, nay, they're actually quite selfish in my opinion. They can't place themselves in persepctive to the whole universe, only the microcosm they live in.

ot: the shinju should kill all the shinobi. And even though Naruto's actions may seem valiant, in the greater scope of this story, they're really not. They're selfish and egotistical.

God do I hate the human species

But why the Juubi is said to be a creature that used to destroy the earth? You don't think it's strange?

your mind hasn't yet been opened, young grasshopper. Soon the universe will unfold herself before your eyes and you'll be able to understand this reality we live in from a disconnected perspective, not one weighed down with subjectivity.

ot: what makes destroying the earth necessarily a "bad" thing?

Your first error is assuming the Shinju wishes to live. You're applying permanence where there is no permanence.

Would it not make sense that, for the most part, Mother Earth was in harmony until humans decided to throw that harmony out of the window and obtain chakra for nefarious purposes? If destroying Mother Earth to once again reinstill harmony is the Juubi's intent--again, the Juubi being a natural force--then what makes that so wrong? The Earth will just have to start anew far, far down the time line.

Or rather, you seem like an individual who compromises, as most humans do. A natural force such as the Juubi has no concerns for compromise. Its purpose is to get rid of the evil roaming the earth, if the world in the middle of the crossfire gets destroyed, then so be it.

You're thinking like a selfish human being. You always have to look from every angle, and you must always look at the bigger picture

I think that the Shinju itself is not evil, or anything like that, but when Kaguya stole the fruit, she eventually became the Juubi. When Hagoromo split the Juubi, she remained as the Mazo. The Shinju we saw in the war was her as well.

I think these are important, too. As soon as the Juubi noticed Rikudou inside Naruto, it went crazy!
