Forgive me, as I am an idiot, but what is it that you're asking us about? my assumption is that you're asking if anyone feels that Naruto was able to recognize that Indra's soul was inside Sasuke when they fought during the Kage summit arc. If that is what you're asking, then my interpretation is that the connection you've found is nothing but another retcon in a sea of retcons/asspulls during the War arc. I do not believe for a second that Kishi's intention during the Kage arc was for Naruto to "realize there was someone else residing inside Sasuke". He clearly changed the intention of that moment at the ass-end of the series when he retconed basically the entire point of the series by making Naruto/Sasuke reincarnations.
