Deva Path's manipulation of gravity..Shinra Tensei, Banshō Ten'in and Chibaku Tensei. Edo Tensei is pretty neat as well.

the mind controling dojutsu of Shisui Uchiha. You would be able to controle people without them noticing. that would make life easy

i really like all the chidori manipulations a lot.. chidori senbon.. chidori sharp spear.. etc. as well as kakashi/zabuzas use of the water dragon and itachis water clone with the shuriken.

yeah,,you're right,,i can't think of any jutsu that need these many hand seals
