What's with zetsu clones????

i mean had kabuto not come along he was intending to take them with only the clones and all the clones need to be defeated is 1 INO kick.........

yeah that was a pretty pathetic how zetsu lost to a single kick of ino, but kishi probably did that to make it seem like that team is worth being known.

There is a diversion going on the white zetsus are on the front lines, and Black Zetsu, has his own mission, and Kabuto has a white Zetsu clone and his spores on his body for some reason or another, and theres Black/White Zetsu guarding Sauske while his eyes recoup. Madara is doing his own thing as is Black Zetsu.

I thought black zetsu was stalking the Feudal Lords and the mist Kage. The white zetsu clones were to keep the large joint shinobi army busy. While the real players are getting ready for the final game. Madara couldn't fight that many ninja so he mass copied white zetsu. i dont think that white zetsu clones are stronger than a jounin lvl. ninja.

Clones tend to be weaker than the real thing, so that's probably why Ino's kick was so successful :x
Unless Kishi was trying to keep some emphasis on the Asuma situation. Plus we had seen Choji and Ino's techniques, and without the kick incident, Shikamaru would have just looked a bit...out of the story ;P

GG Madara full on attack from everyone, Raikage, KillerBee Naruto Kakashi Tsuchikage Mizukage Madara wouldnt stand a chance. Zetsu clones wouldnt be as buff since kabuto caught yamato. I cant believe Madara thought he could take on the countries without kabutos help

Those white zetsu clones are needed because it is a war... all shinoby fighting not only kages and strong people vs madara... but entire villages.. and the purpose of those clones is to handle the regular shinoby.. those without special techniques, kekegenkais... the classic ninja.

The Ino kick was just so Shikamaru could do something and look cool. It had nothing to do with the Zetsu. Cause right now this fight has been all Choji, Choji, Choji, with even Ino doing things. Even though he is by far the most popular and important of Team 10, Kishi has pushed him to the side for Choji.

If he doesn't have a major moment here, I hope he gets it against the Kages later

Yeah would be nice, closest thing is Zetsus ability to travel and peek through the ground and trees. I think.

Neji also said that the Zetsu are absorbing chakra, and we know he can transfer the chakra somewhere else. Back to the statue maybe, or to Madara himself? Its dumb that Madra says white zetu your not a front line type fighter, but he makes a army of white zetsu and sends them to the front line....?

You forget white zetsu's technique that has been continually used during this entire conflict.

Each time one of them gets kill they release the spore jestu. Remember when the army first engaged them? They released so much of the spores they appeared as if it was snowing. Even Kabuto has spores attached to him.

Almost the entire army is already covered in these spores. This will lead to no good.
