What's with all the hate on Obito?

Same here. I like the contrast between him and Naruto and the fact that he's been around for a few 100 chapters instead of some random character as a one of the final villain.

True, I don't even get why people thought it would be one of them. Throughout the entire manga they were never shown fighting, or exchanging dialogue, like they did with every other villian.

But it was pretty clear it was him from the beginning. I mean, the timing of introductions between Tobi and Obito was just perfect.
