These last two chapters have caused a lot of arguing over which of the hokages is the strongest and which is jus overhyped. Well the thing is no matter what anyone says , in the actual Magnas only two of the 4 hokages have been called "god of shinobi." The first hokage hishi and the third hiruzen. Now according to those titles by default you have to give the top two spots to them. I personally think hishi shud be first but that's your own preference. Than as for the the fourth, in the Magnas it says that he had the POTENTIAL to be the strongest of the hokages. But since he died before we could find out he can't be called the strongest of the four. So the third and fourth spot are between the second and the fourth (someone can make a seperate thread for those two). Honestly I think kishi made a mistake calling the third "god of shinobi" and he's trying to correct it by calling hishi it. However it already has been said so you can't take that second (or first) spot from hiruzen. I hope I cleared some stuff up and please post arguments below I would love to hear how the order should be different !! 
Ps: I love itachi (he's prolly my fav) but what hishi said has nothing to do with itachis abilities. We won't ever know what would happen if they faced off but I think it would be one hell of a battle !!
