I didn't/don't know how/don't have any tools to make them so I was gonna see if someone could help me out once I found out if it was ok.

You can do that in MS paint. Simply use the Eraser Tool to erase one of the letters in the word, '****'.

Everything you post, add or submit in the forum, be it images or text, in vms, pms, posts, status, avatars, sigs, groups, etc are all bound by the global rules. In the global rules there is a clear rule about inappropriate language. This said, this is why we have the word censor because, unlike what you seem to think, we aren't all adults here and even if so, we are a family friendly forum, thus such words are by default not allowed. In text intros, the word censor removes those words, but in images it cannot do the same. However, just because you can technically post a picture with an otherwise censored word, it doesn't mean you can do so and abide to the rules. You'll be breaking the rules and thus open to punishment.
