Ano Hana is the one piece of fiction that could ever make me cry & Gurren Lagann helped curved me out of depression because it's that damn ridiculous, masterful and inspiring.

Naruto is far from best but holds a special place in my heart.

I can't name a best one, but I like my classics such as Yu Yu Hakusho, ruroni Kenshin, I also like Naruto, HxH bleach was pretty good, Gundam Wing just for the memories though now I can't sit through it anymore lol and of course One Peice

I'd also add Naruto to the list, but purely because I've been following it for over 12 years and now I have strong nostalgic feelings for it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone nowadays tbh.
