Hey, if someone likes a character, they like them. There should be nothing to hide. I like for my own reasons as much anyone likes every body else. I don't care about the people who hate her anyway, most of them just ignore all the good things she's done. My actual favorite is Shikamaru though. But Sakura is a close second or third.

Obito didn't start the war because of rin. In fact he literally said those words in the manga....and yes obito is more interesting then the other main Uchiha. Of course this is my own personal opinion.
