What's stopping a non-hyuuga from learning jyuuken?

Whilst the lack of a byakugan is an obvious stumbling block, what's stopping a ninja outside of the hyuuga clan from learning jyuuken? The conditions required to do so match the qualities required of a top-class medical ninja. Let me explain:

These scan below describe the two main conditions for using jyuuken: precise chakra control and surgical precision. This is something that's not out of a medical ninja's reach.

Who has both of these qualities? Sakura is one good example.

To be able to locate a small portion of poison inside somebody else's body requires the eye-of-a-needle precision required to use jyuuken

As does the ability to make an on-the-spot incision near the heart without damaging the patient

When you consider the fact that as a medical ninja, not only does sakura have the surgical precision and chakra control required to master jyuuken but she also has a vast knowledge of the human body. And let's not forget that the chakra points are wrapped around vital organs.

When you put all of this into consideration, it may be possible (at least on paper) for a non-Hyuuga to learn jyuuken. The eyes merely make the process easier but this can be balanced out with perfect chakra control, surgical precision and an encyclopedia of anatomical knowledge, something which Sakura possesses.

As much as Sakura does have advanced Chakra control, her eyes are unable to see the Opening Chakra Points that only the Byakugan (and Sharingan) can see; so she would not be able to learn the technique.

Her ability to draw out poison has nothing to do with her seeing chakra points but rather she used her chakra control to locate the foreign body. Similarly, her accuracy in her medical incision had nothing to do with seeing Chakra Opening points but rather was down to her extensive training as a medic ninja, using Chakra control to create an opening and once again using it to transfer chakra to the heart.

In order for her to completely shut down a flow of Chakra she would need to be able to see the Chakra opening points and unfortunately she'd need the Byakugan to do that. Hinata can though.

Inability to perfectly locate the enemy chakra points without dojutsu. They aren't on exactly the same part of any person, and sakura a non-byakugan user can't locate them mid combat.

The making chakra points with your finger tips is the easier part. The fighting technique, not so much.

See Jyuuken I think was devised to make use of the Byakugan's capability or so i remembered. This means that for one to have an effective Jyuuken, he has to have some Byakugan or some sort of way to locate the tenketsus or chakra system.

Although I still welcome the potential for non byakugan users to adapt a Jyuuken inspired means of combat. OP has a fairly valud point of saying Sakura can learn Jyuuken goven her extensive medical knowledge and chakra control. She could have done it but I really wont support it wholeheartedly. Why make Sakura do Jyuuken when the manga already has Hinata? Another point is say, if Sakura has the potential to learn some high class Jyuuken bc of her medical skills, then why not Hinata be seen as someone who has the potential to learn medical skills given that she has also some legit chakra control?

Back to OP, I think Jyuuken doesnt look good on Sakura bc of her persona as a whole. It is like it is difficult to picture Sakura not doin the Shannaro

Nothing is stopping anyone but the Byakugan is most effective with Jyuken because it can see the chakra points and stuff.

Only the Byakugan can see tenketsu, the Sharingan can't.

Nothing. As long as they're trained. Any non-Byakugan user would get beat by a Byakugan user in sheet skill. For Sakura, it wouldn't only be impractical, it would be stupid. Its called Gentle Fist for a reason, and Sakura is anything BUT gentle.
