Part 1? Kurama's TBB.

He didn't actually USE it in part 1. In the timeline, technically but it wasn't introduced until part 2.

I'd say 8 gates would be high on the list. The 8th wasn't reached until part 2 but if you'd count the TBB I say it could TECHNICALLY count.

1000 years of suffering.
Orochimaru's jutsu to take over someone's youth, long life=big knowledge=huge power.

Rasengan. The Legendary Rasengan was held in such high regards in part 1, even in part 2 is such an awesome jutsu. :sigar:

My vote is Itachi's Tsukuyomi. It's pretty much an OHKO on anyone, especially if they have no intel. It's also reusable.

Shiki Fujin is too costly.

...I feel like Kurama Summoning WAS part 1. An epilogue is present tense but its in Shippuden it's a flashback. Obito's summoning of Kurama within the opening few seconds of the series is the strongest jutsu shown no question about it.

Part 1 Edo Tensei > Part 1 Rasengan
Part 1 Tsukuyomi > Part 1 Rasengan
Part 1 Amaterasu > Part 1 Rasengan
A giant summoning > Part 1 Rasengan

It's okay to be a Naruto/Rasengan hardcore fan, but really? Really?

Depends on what you mean by powerful?

If it's destructive power, measured by the scale of damage it can cause, then giant summonings, great fireball technique, chidori, rasengan, amaterasu or even Tsuande's punch are on the list...probably more could be listed (like Edo Hashirama's forest jutsu, Enma's transformation, or some of Kimimaro's and Gaara's techniques).

If you mean a jutsu that can one-shot the enemy, especially in a 1 vs 1 fight, then tsukuyomi or gentle fist can also be mentioned, as well as Jiraiya's toad stomach summon, but Shikamaru's dad's or Ino's dad's jutsus soloed fodders too. The potential of Kisame's Samehada was also hinted against Asuma. Oh and there is the Shiki Fujin. I guess Gai's and Lee's gates can be also counted as op in part 1.
