What would you rank Hiashi, Chiyp, and Kitsuchi?

I think Hiashi is a little overrated. Like he has the same exact moves as Neji, only he's a little more rounded. I think he would be like a top of the line jounin, but not low kage as many people say he is.

I would rank Kitsuchi top of the line jounin too. I mean ik he showed an OP tech (earth sandwich), but he doesn't really have any other powerful jutsu or any hype to say otherwise. If he didn't have Earth Sandwich he'd be like mid jounin. It's because of the tech I put him a little bit above high jounin, but not exactly low kage.

I think Chiyo is low kage level. 10 of the best puppets at once equipped with poison, traps, her suction tech, sealing tech, knowledge, experience, she is pretty underrated if you ask me.

Why do you keep on creating this same thread? Anyways, I'm going to enlighten you one last time. And if you still believe Kitsuchi is jounin level then whatever, I don't think anyone can convince you as you're dead set on him being jounin caliber.

With very limited feats:

• Long Rang
  I don't believe I need to elaborate on his Earth Sandwich technique and how OP it is.
  
  
• Short Range
  Little to no short range feats, but he is the commander of the short-range division which suggests he is very skilled in this category.

  Has the chakra capacity to use Doton on such a massive scale, that it is more then double the size of the Gedo Mazo [

  any Biju. Not only that, but he never showed any sign of fatigued. So it's very safe to say he has Biju level chakra reserves and a 5/5 in the DB in this category.

  Being appointed commander over the shinobi alliance suggests that he is very intelligent, as is the other commanders (Kakashi, Gaara, Darui, and Mifune) whom are all highly intelligent. He also seems to be quite experienced as he saved Darui (Who is Elite Jounin Caliber) twice and was able to gauge out the current situation and command two divisions here at once [

  ]. So based on this alone, I'd say his intelligence score in the DB would be 4-4.5/5.
  
  
• Speed
  He doesn't have any speed feats other then when he saved Darui on two occasions. One where he carried Darui out of the Ghedo Mazo's stomping range [

Does this describe a Jounin? Like, honestly...? A Jounin with Biju level chakra reserves, OP ninjutsu, highly intelligent, hyped to be highly skilled in CQC, with decent strength and speed? Not at all. If you're only considering feats, Kitsuchi is low-kage tier at the very least. If you're going to include hype as well (which you did all over your tier list) then Kitsuchi is nothing short of low-medium Kage tier along with Tsunade, Mei, etc.

As for Chiyo and Hiashi; Chiyo is Elite-Jounin and Hiashi is low-kage IMO.

I just finished watching the long fight between Chiyo and Sakura against Sasori so I know where she stands. These two are right on par if not a bit stronger than her so they all belong in the same tier IMO. Maybe not Chiyo. But both beat her medium difficulty...

And I recommend you stop making the same set of threads over and over again. You are a smart guy so use your own judgement, not what other people tell you to do.

Yup, exactly lol. I said pretty much the same thing in one of his other 20 threads. The characters he asks about are the ones he believes are somewhere around Zabuzas level. I think he's just having a tough time accepting the fact that Kitsuchi is that far above Zabuza is all.

And kimmi, and hiashi, and konan, and mangetsu, and the rest. Lmao he just needs to accept and move on to other characters. But his love for zabuza is unrivaled and he is stuck in his loop.

1) Hiashi - Low-kage. I considered his hype as the leader of the Hyuga clan (which is said to be the strongest in Konoha) and his abilities too ofc.

2) Kitsuchi - High-jonin. Courtesy of his sandwich jutsu and good feats while having a limited screen time.

3) Chiyo - High-jonin. Not enough firepower to be considered any higher imo.
