I'd help that person. The fact that you won't give him/her blood knowing you're the only one who can just because of something that happened between you two or w/e, makes you a really bad person, doesn't it? And besides, few seconds of your time would save someone's entire life. Perhaps the person would be grateful in the end. I agree with Kisame.

Wow theres a lot of crazy responses. I'd do it and just be happy knowing that I helped someone who more than likely wouldnt have done the same. Plus I think it would be hella funny that they could never change that I helped them and Id laugh my ass off knowing how crazy it could/might make them.

It's just blood, nothing special. Just do it and save the guy's/Gal's life.
If it was a different situation like. The guy or gal is in trouble and if we took the blame for it, he or she wouldn't be suspended but you'd have to have a day in detention or worse.
Perhaps a more crazy situation. You see him start a fight like every day, but this time he bit more than he can chew and is about to get jumped by 5 people. Your the only one around, and possibly the only one that could save his life.
Depending on the severity of the task, issue, problem, or situation. The help you would, should, or could give is different; and the risk/reward would be completely different for each time.
It comes down to the question, "Are you a good person, or a person that is willing to ignore someone."

lawl joking. course i would save him/her. but i would wait till the last minute untill he/she begs for it, and then do it. that way when that person gets better he/she becomes my bitch.

I would because it's the right thing to do and I would feel bad that I wasn't able to help because I think everyone deserves a second chance
