I'll help, not because im that nice or something but because afterwards i'll be able to say to myself and others that i did something others couldn't. I'll always seek such stuff even in such situations XP Thinking carefully, helping an enemy like that would be helping myself. Without an enemy who would there be that'd push me to develop further in order to beat him. It also ensures my victory over him because afterwards the chances are he'll likely give up over me or i'll get the support of the audience.

Then definitely not. Blood was passable but organs...never xd IF I don't want one of my organ, I'll prefer sell it to gain money rather than offering it to someone who made my life miserable.

I agree. It mostly depends on the extent of his problem. if he's really dying, I might consider - I said consider cause it's really not sure - helping him. If it's for a minor cause, then sorry...
Like they say, it's in desperation that you seek help even from your enemies. If they hated me for nothing, then it's payback for them from me indirectly.
It's a teaser revenge which I'll really appreciate delivering it to that @sshole.

I would help that person because I know I would regret it if I didn't. Hate is a self destructive emotion, it always ends up hurting you more than the other guy. Even though I do not like that person I will still save his life because life is a precious thing.
