i dont really know because i have not seen anything that impressive with the rennengan in battle, but sharingan i have seen and i think one on one battle sharingan, used by itachi is dam near unstoppable i mean there is a reason no one messed with itachi

thats coz madara makes it only third user ever been in existence shariangan in other hand has had thousands of users and if madara thinks its stronger Thats all the evidence i need and its power was pretty much proven by nagato when he revived the whole village of konoha its power is beyond the shariangan and only so6p knows all its secrets

This has been an ongoing debate. The Rinnengan did indeed come off as a very powerful Doujutsu. It had it's ability's, controlling body's, ressurection (for nagato) etc... But in the end, the Sharingan comes out as the definite winner. It's various form's are very powerful, especially when you get to MS. There are teleportation techniques, black fire that you cant put out, etc. And then there's the all powerful EMS, which you can gain from another MS, Madara's contain's space/time ninjutsu. Theres no telling what any other could do. And on top of that, Madara owned Nagato, that also explains alot.

the thing wit that is the rinnigan can learn all those 2 im sure and it stays at 1 form it hasnt had many users for it to evolve like the shariangan but yet it is beast like 1 day some 1 wouldve combined all the element to make a super beasted out new element

are we talking about regular three tomoe sharingan or it allowed EMS because if it is i will go with EMS i know that power it still unknown but if you think about it naruto win over a rinnegan user so i dont think sasuke EMS will be weaker, but that just my opinion
