What would happen to Lady Tsunade

What would u thinking about what is gonna happen to Lady Tsunade in future episode?

Is she coming back from coma and take her place as Fifth Hokage and we see a battle between her and some strong ninja OR .....

Also, loved the animation of the double lariant on Kisame. Since I didn't really read that part of the magna, I read stuff about it, but not the actual fight, it was awesome to see!
