What would happen if...

I do have several other sharingan related questions while we're on the subject. Why can Kakashi deactivate his sharingan from MS to base, but not base to normal eye? What would happen if you stole the eyes of an Uchiha who had already awakened at least base sharingan, but the eyes weren't active at the time they were taken? Would they be permanently stuck as normal useless eyes or would you be able to activate them to base sharingan? If you could activate them to base, would they then be stuck in base sharingan or would you be able to deactivate them, and if so, wouldn't that be far preferable, because you'd be Kakashi without the auto-on? If you could deactivate them completely then could you then do the same with a pair of MS if you stole them while they were completely deactivated?

Why does it help to blind his eye like a pirate to block the chakra consume its still activated. Even this is nonsense. Cant believe it drains more if you see more. For example I read a book with my sharingan i dont need much chakra? Whats when I go at top of a tower and watch over the world? Drans more chakra? x) And I thought you can watch with sharingan through walls? Chakra etc or is this only hyuga feat? If not he can see through his pirate shit
