dude he has not used izanagi cos he does not have uchiha dna, he is only related to the uzumaki(distant senju relative). He had many time to use it but he did not he can do almost anything with it. I'll show u instances where he could have used it if u want me to though, as a matter of fact he has not used anything from the uchiha bloodline. He does not have strain from neither does ao, it does not mean uzumaki equals to compatible with rinnegan and he does strain himself when he uses gedo mazo and chibaku tensei. Ur making a pure assumption that it would sasuke strain(becos he is uchiha) but can cos him to run out of chakra, nagato's uzumaki bloodline does not make him compatible and does not suffice since its not stated that uzumaki=uchiha plus senju.
