who said nagato has both senju and uchiha as u imply, he is only uzumaki(distant relatives of the senju) and so far unless said otherwise nagato does not have uchiha bloodline and its also been stated he was given the rinnegan by madara(we don't kno if its true though) sasuke can get it but he would be OP and ruin the story.

agreed and it would b more of a hinder than anything else. Sasuke wouldn't know how to use it properly in battle and wouldn't have the chakra to sustain it. All in all it's a bad idea. :/
