Naruto (looks amazed at Sasuke in Akatsuki robe); SA-SU-KE -KUN
Sasuke (looks between surprised and angry): Who has done this?
Naruto (looking really angry): It was.. you! One of your team mates, Pain.
Sasuke (looking seriously at Naruto): I?ve never met him.
Naruto: You?re an Akatsuki, you?re after me.
Sasuke, looking coldly at Naruto: I owe you no explanations.
Pain stands up, Madara and Kisame join in, in order to catch Naruto.
Sasuke (taking his katana out and looking at the Akatsuki): He, I guess you?ll need some help.
Akatsuki launch themselves against Naruto. A lot of smoke and dust is seen, Ground Zero is surrounded by black flames. We suddenly have a glimpse of Sasuke and part of his katana covered in blood.
Then we see the picture from a bit further away. The katana is inside God Realm. The black flames are surrounding Ground Zero, preventing the other Akatsuki from coming in. Sasuke looks back at Naruto and says:
?I told you you needed some help!?
I know, I know. You will say that I?m a dreamer? but I?m not the only one!

Mixed feelings.
Naruto fails if he kills Sasuke and gives up on their friendship.
Though he will be considered to be more mature and to be able to make hard decisions as any strong ninja.
Maybe Itachi's gift blocks Sasuke's entrance into Naruto's inner self.

Very nice! This sounds very plausible, though I don't know about the whole Kisame and Madara thing, that seems a little over the top considering they still need to get the 8 tails and don't know Naruto had a drastic increase in power.
