What will happen to Konan?

possibly. she said "rain villiage" or whatever would come to narutos aid i think it would be badass if in the end there was a final battle and konan and a bunch of rain ninjas saved konoha and avenge nagato's mistakes when he was a member of akatsuki!

i think she wont play a bigger role anymore, except when danzou starts wars with other countries.

When Orochimaru deserted the Akatsuki, Madara could've killed him but he didn't. I think he was talking about something more important than Konan.
