What will be Sasuke's next power up after rinnegan

No.

But I do believe that he will become a Dragon Sage. Its a snake that flies, a mixture of the two summons he has (Hawk/Snake). He even knows where to go now to learn it, and what you need in order to do so. Thanks, Kabuto.
