What was Sasuke's escape plan?

I mean was it to summon Aoda and reverse summon him just like back in his fight against Deidara? Or was it to summon his signature hawk and fly away with Naruto and Juugo?

There is also the possibility of flying out. The barrier doesn't have a roof.

Plus, he need an outside source to summon himself back. Flying out is actually more plausible.

Sasuke would have had to learn how to summon the Hawk. He was traveling with Taka when he learned it, presumably after his fight with Killer Bee. Therefore, Taka knew about the Hawk.

You think that Obito would've let them outside if he did use a hawk summon to fly outside? The best option would be to use a reverse summon with Aoda... Like he did before -_-
