Well, its 3:34am here and if I go to bed before nine in the morning I will be lucky, usually I go to sleep when I can't stay awake anymore, my insomnia is a killer
School nights, I get to sleep at around 9:30 PM - 10:00 PM earliest. 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM is the longest I can go before I just pass out trying to sleep.
Other nights, generally the same. Though I sometimes I stay awake all night when I'm with friends.
My sleep schedule has been off for a while. I normally go to bed at like 12:30 am and get up at 7:00 am. During last semester it was like 2:30 to 6:00 am. Lately it's been even worse.
The reason why it is probably taking you so long to sleep is because you are on electronics. The light stops the release of the hormone known as melatonin.
OT: Insomnia has also haunted me for a few years now. I usually go to bed at around 10-11 but can then stay awake for an hour or more. Sometimes I only sleep for 3-4 hours on a bad night.
