What the hell is with WOOD?

All right, before I ditched NB for awhile to play some MMOs...I was the ONLY sole wood user.

When I come back, there's like 10 people with wood bios...what the heck man?

As I've heard from some senseis and friends, most people just want wood because you get the jutsu by default.

Man, that just irritates me. Would someone give me a PROPER reason of why they want wood.

I know it's free for all and that anyone can make wood bios, but I feel like its getting abused nowadays and I know I'm not the only one.

I only made a wood bio and stuck with it because Tenzo IS my top favorite character in NB and he always will be hence my name.
Thus I never made a Sharingan bio or such just for power.

I could say the same of all those swordsman-wannabee's who suddenly appeared. Originally only a handful of people was actually interested in swords and barely any of them based their fighting style around it. I was one of the few who made a bio based on it and I have been using it since I made it.

That's how RP goes ~_~ nobody was interested in a Kabuto bio till he suddenly can resurrect dead bodies and now people want him.

im right there with you. kabuto is actually my favorite character. but the bio had no point since medjutsu is so restricted.

and most people look for power over skill. and wood is seems to be very easy to acquire.

Well you all might not know me but i am rather new here . I stopped rp-ing here because everybody uses OVP bios . Once a new bio is ovp then everybody gets them . 99% of the users have at least 1 uchiha , the other 0.5% have wood / kabuto etc , and just 0.5% have the characther they like . I made "uzumaki chriss" pretending that i am narutos son ( in the bio ) but even if i train like hell and make 100+ posts a day (not spamming ) i cant be at the same level as an uchiha or any of the special bios . I sayed several weeks ago that there should be some restrictions on special bios , or only some can get sage mode , or something to make fair a battle between special bios and normal ones . I see people with master taijutsu , all elements , master genjutsu , sharingan , and god knows what else , sage , tailed beasts , etc . All in one . The rp isnt quite that fair regarding the characthers . You can start a battle and in like 90% of the cases there is EVERY TIME SOMETHING NOT GOING GOOD . No one knows who won , the just argue . Special bios are coming like from a factory , they never stop. Thats why i quited rpg-ing here . And the worst part is that no one CARES ABOUT THIS STUFF , when i sayed this exact things that i sayed here i was criticised and taken as a NOOB because i didnt agree with the rpg here . I can bet 100euros that when naruto has a powerup - and it will be soon everybody will make naruto because he can beat uchihas ( he must get something against EMS) . And i know i will be criticised here again , but i hope at least some get my point , maybe we can change things a bit here . ohh and another stuff , i didnt see a battle yet that ends with people that finish up theyre chakra . HUGE AMOUNT OF S rank JUTSUS ARE USED , and people just dont stop ..... something does not smell good here . Please tell me youre opinion

This is why many of my friends quit RPing.
You are correct. Once someone gets OPed, they just try to attain their rank and power...no one seems to be looking for the FUN in Rping anymore.

I ENJOY being Tenzo, I like being called Tenzo. I love using wood because its fun as hell and you can do all sorts of stuff with it.

99% of people DO have sharingan. I never bothered with one. I barely see any of that 99% getting sharingan just because their favorite character is Sasuke/Itachi/ or such... (Execeptions: Akiza and AnbuKakashi. Their name had KAKASHI in it.)

Nowadays, I don't even ALLOW custom jutsus in my battles.

AFAIC, it's become a power-hogging RPG now...

1: Please make paragraphs, it's like you said all that without breathing. It's easier that way to follow your argumentation.

2: No offense to you, but if you can't beat someone that uses a special bio while you use a normal one it just means you're not a very good RPer (I'm not trying to insult you or anything) as it has been proven multiple times that having things like a Sharingan/wood/ice etc. doesn't give you automatically the victory. That depends solely on the players who use the bio's.
One of the best examples is Roku. He's one of the best RPers of NB and guess what, he doesn't have a KG and never had. He has been using his custom bio as far as I know and it only contains skills he learned or developed himself (which is a skill on its own).
Though I'm not a great figher myself, beating people that use wood or have a Sharingan isn't that hard you know, so long you have some skill and the opponent still has to use it effectively too.

3: Also there's a difference. The stronger the ability of a bio, the more requirements you need to have to use it. The bio-tests for Pein are hell. Maybe you have noticed it, but there aren't many Pein's, while he's incredibly strong. The less restrictions, the weaker the ability. Sharingans/wood are used so much because there aren't much requirements for it, which indictates they aren't really that strong. They are just way to overrated.

4: I totally agree that there is a lot of arguing in the Arena, but that tells more about the players than the bio's they use. Especially if you see that it are always the same people who argue, no matter which bio they use.

5: About the chakra, check the suggestions-section.

1) i dint use paragraphs because i had to work on some stuff and didnt have time

2) I never rp because i didnt want to bother because they have an advantage against me , and i watched many rp and im not that stupid i have some talent in my veins

No special bio would just surrender to a custom one. And that doesn't always happen in this case. They would just find a stupid argument and talk their way out of it.
And yes, when i suggested rp to be brought down, I was serious.
