Guy Powerhouse really if they ever need a huge fight or something

That was the team I came up with as well, actually. +rep to you for being BOSS.

Let's face is, if Ao is in the village and C is as well, we aren't going to get away with stealth. End of story. So that means we just need to strongest nins possible in combat, the best Medical nin, and an extremely intelligent analytical nin with collaboration abilities. Probably the best team able to be picked at this point.

I agree, the only person who could successfully pull off a stealth mission into another countries village that is as heavily guarded as this mission is white Zetsu.

Jiraiya- already picked as team leader
Inoichi- has good mind transfer capabilities a good silent method for controlling enemies
Kakashi- high intelect and has good espionage skills
Hiashi- fight byakugan with byakugan and can use its capabilities better than Ao
Yamato- His specialty is espionage and tracking

This lst depends on weather my other 3 choices(Kakashi is considered kage level) are considered kage level I personally wouldn't consider Inoichi,Yamato or Hiashi as kage level.

The first best thing to do would be to assassinate the 3rd Raikage, hide the body and then rescue Konohamaru.
My team is:
Jiraiya-Default Leader
Kakashi- Very stealthy with a wide array of jutsu. Kamui is useful
Tsunade- Medic is obviously needed.
Shikaku- Incredibly smart.
Inoichi-Sensor, Mind transfer.

They will need to kill the 3rd Raikage without him noticing since he is incredibly fast.
Shikaku could use shadow bind while Kakashi uses Kamui. If it misses then it will be a all-out fight and all the other enemies will be alerted.

and we need a decoy. a misssion like this can't bu pulled off with everyone turning back alive.

I say tsunade. because j-man alone won't be able to defeat 3rd raikage alone

the decoy must be able to use a technique like tajuu kage bunshin so that he can mess with eveyone's mind. and he/she should be able to hold on for a long time.

I found it.
sai it is. he can send his formed inks to every part of the village. they won't be able to kill many shinobi but they certainly will attractive people. and sai himself runs on top of the village bombing everyone.


so basically.
sai sends his inks and with a bird he flies above the village causing trouble. since his job is to stall and he can fly, fodder shinobi will be useless. and even kage ranks would have trouble fighting against someone who can fly.
in the meantime j-man and tsunade hide in a frog. but they're in contact with the other 2.
with kakashi leading shino guides them through the safest route to konohamaru. he finds the third raikage's and konohamaru's location. tells jiraiya where 3rd raikage is and then leads kakashi to konohamaru.

j-man and tsunade attacks 3rd raikage. when the backup arrives tsunade fights against the 3rd raikage with the form she just showed in the manga. and jiraiya fights against the bee and his squad. bee can't go into full beast mode because it'll pose a thread to everyone including 3rd raikage.

kakashi and shino, thanks to other three manages to snuck in and save konohamaru. then konohamaru uses tajuu kage bunshin and henge to mess with eveyone. he groups his clones as three men cells and two of the three changes shape to kakashi and shino. thus no one knows which group is the real one. and in the meantime they enter one of j-man's frog's stomache and frog uses reverse teleportation. so the three escapes.

since konohamaru's clones are now diversions sai pulls an ink-bunshin and the real one goes to aid j-man. he takes the fight in his stead to hold the enemy forces. he fights all out knowing he'll die. but he doesn't let anyone get past him.
j-man and tsunade restricts 3rd raikage in one of the frogs' stomach and they also use reverse teleportation. now 3rd raikage, while exhausted has to face entire konoha including the 3rd hokage, danzo and advisors.
he's dead.

and sai couldn't escape. he dies in the hands of bee.

by the way after I saw inoichi, another strategy came to my mind. instead of tsunade inoichi goes alone with a frog from j-man. he switches with 3rd raikage and then he takes his body along with the 3rd raikage to frog's stomache. frog uses reverse teleportation. he takes his body to somewhere safe and then as 3rd raikage he goes to hiruzen. he switches back and hiruzen instant kills 3rd raikage. (he has danzo and an army with him just in case things don't go smoothly)
in the meantime kakashi and shino save konohamaru as I explained. but instead of distracting the entire village alone sai has j-man and an army of summoned frogs with him on his side.

Lol like I said it was stated that both theses things were his specialty so I fail to see your point on him being a novice as it turns out no one would of been able to infiltrate that village without being detected due to pains rain jutsu Jiraiya got killed in his battle with pain not his infiltration.

Learn to read. That rain can be avoided by hiding your chakra, noob hence the term chakra sensing rain dumbass. Sensor types like Karin can do that, and if Itachi could sense Sasuke when he was directly behind him in part 1 it means he has sensor abilities.

Team Leader - Jiraiya: Sage Mode, multiple summons, Barrier: Canopy Method Formation (for intel), and toad mouth bind technique.

Member # 1 - Danzo: A "must-have" for this mission if he is able to be used at optimum level. At his optimum he has a sharingan, Kotoamatsukami, futon (wind release) jutsu, mokuton (wood release), a summon, and can use izanagi a total of 11 times (10 sharingan in his arm and 1 in his eye socket). Remember, having a futon user would come in handy for the 3rd and 4th raikage.

Member # 2 - Tsunade: Best Medic, insane strength, Body Pathway Derangement (most ninja would not be able to get around this), a summon, and Creation Rebirth technique for short term near invulnerability.

Member # 3 - Shikaku: Brilliant Tactician plus the nara clan's shadow techniques to pin enemy down while the other 4 finish them off.

Member # 4 - Neji: Byakugan for intel, plus not too shabby of a hand to hand fighter.

Itachi was supposedly a sensor or had sensor like abilities. The rain can be beaten by hiding your chakra.

Jiraiya may not have had any intel that to alert him it was Chakra Sensing Rain. Otherwise he may have taken measures to avoid detection. I doubt Itachi and/or Danzo would have avoided it either without knowing it was there

Karin is the only one to be able to do that as far as we know, and you first have to be aware the the rain has such effects, plus I think she needs to stop moving to do so
