What Sakura has isn't Tsunade's Yin seal.

So it seems that Sakura does not have Yin Seal, it's different, it is translated as "Strength of the White Seal" - "Byakugō no In"(白豪の印 ), while Tsunade's is called 陰封印 (Infūin). So abilities might be different, we have yet to learn, what do you guys think is different between Yin seal and this one? I'm sorry for another Sakura thread, there been alot lately.

We don't know that yet, so I don't think they can say it's better, all we saw is enormous strenght and she was a little faster than usually.

Becuase that seems to be the case. Tsunades seal gives her boost only when she opens it, Sakuras seal startet to give her boost in power just after she formed it, yet she didnt open it at all.

Don't know which one is better but the basic of the jutsu is that it stores years is chakra within a seal and is release when user needs it. As of tsunade version we know it speeds up the recover process as it divides and re-energize damage cells and make new cells it basically gives the body a chakra boost but there is the draw back to using this jutsu that is it speeds up ones life tsunade could handle this draw back being that she of the senju and part of the uzumaki clan..... I would think her draw back would be the same but she would retain her youthful form being that she is still young . But that's is just what I know of yet to see more

It's not the seal who gave her boost. It's her own chakra outside the seal.
Since she doesn't have to send part of her chakra to the seal, she can now utilize it fully.
