1. Destiny took out the hardwork theme and the suspense you know no matter what the good guys win. 2. Tnj bad guys should be bad they dont need justification or to turn good. 3. Neglect of side characters remember when neji and lee were cool? Me neither. 4. Over blowin naruto and sasukes almost nonexistent friendship. 5. To many random or unnececary flashbacks we dont need to know things like might guys forever genin fodder. 6. Naruto and sasukes fight was hyped through the entire series till the point it wont be as interesting anymore after all the fights weve seen so far. 7. Sasuke turning good was lame he shouldve stayed evil if he fights naruto now itll just be to decide who becomes hokage which is boring. 8. Edo tensei made nothing but nerfed ninja, empty dialougue about wanting to lose, explaining weaknesses, naruto hype because apparently the entire army caant do sht.
It by no means destroys hard work. In fact, it cements it.
2. This was in part 1 as well. It's been in it for the entire manga bar Orochimaru, I suggest you get used to it since this is what the manga's been about since the beginning. This shows the villain's character depth.
3. Guy, Bee, Minato, Tobirama, Itachi, Hashirama. For the first half of part 2, Naruto was out shown compared to the side characters and takes turns with relevance. Side characters not being a factor is untrue, it's just that the side characters that are currently significant have shifted.

The power levels were better where they were at the Pain arc and before. During the war arc, they just sky-rocketed. Now, it's all about how much power you have, even if you are skilled, unless you have power and are from an important clan(Uzumaki, Uchiha, Senju)...it doesn't mean much.
