1. Destiny took out the hardwork theme and the suspense you know no matter what the good guys win. 2. Tnj bad guys should be bad they dont need justification or to turn good. 3. Neglect of side characters remember when neji and lee were cool? Me neither. 4. Over blowin naruto and sasukes almost nonexistent friendship. 5. To many random or unnececary flashbacks we dont need to know things like might guys forever genin fodder. 6. Naruto and sasukes fight was hyped through the entire series till the point it wont be as interesting anymore after all the fights weve seen so far. 7. Sasuke turning good was lame he shouldve stayed evil if he fights naruto now itll just be to decide who becomes hokage which is boring. 8. Edo tensei made nothing but nerfed ninja, empty dialougue about wanting to lose, explaining weaknesses, naruto hype because apparently the entire army caant do sht.

The "hard work" concept isn't ruined. Naruto's destiny was to become strong through hard work & the help of others.

Shippuden was never ruined, just the war arc wasn't thoroughly expanded upon & thus it felt rushed.

But I will agree & say that the k11 deserved more screen time.

Saving sasuke took a long time until it got really annoying ,we all knew that sasuke is turning good(at least most of us knew)

But it was dragged for a looong time ,it got people confused . Sasuke was my fav character in part one ,but his lame taka team and that arc was boring as f****,Although i think he is great again after that arc .

XD I was actually okay with it....up until the point where the Hokage were brought back...and Madara. Really should have just stayed with Obito.

Yeah they should have hit their prime during the Akatsuki's reign. Trying to suddenly fit them all in now during the war arc kind of ruined their character.

OT: Well as much as we Love/Hate what's been going on it will be bitter/sweet when the time comes to end it all. I've been reading/watching this manga/anime for what 12 years now? For better or for worse, I will see it through to the end.

I think he is just referring to their flashbacks and being talked down by Naruto. I think. I could be wrong. While I agree with you that a good villain should have a reason for doing what they do, they don't all listen to reason (TNJ)

Nagato-I am cool with him being TNJ because honestly, he started the TNJ with Naruto. Naruto just came to the fight to avenge Jiraiya and his village. Nagato wanted to here Naruto's reason for fighting.

Obito-Basically Naruto's Shadow, but still, after everyting he went through and witnessed, he should have really been beyond TNJ at this point. Way too much blood on his hands to turn good now.

Orochimaru-This is the kind of villain I think the OP was referring to in that they don't need their history explained. He has one simple goal. Power. Some men just want to see the world burn.

Sasuke-If anything Sasuke should have remained the villain and he should be the one TNJ should matter the most as he and Naruto fought together as kids and have pushed each other to excel this entire series. Though a few more confrontations between the 2 wouldn't have hurt, to show how the gap between the 2 has been closing.
