i used mega upload once and a company was gonna sue me cause i downloaded illegally so i dont wanna mess with that stuff...ill have to think about it more...i guess ill just have to save up

I personally use Paint . net because I'm a college student and don't want to use my money on photoshop xd It works out well for me because I'm not looking to open a GFX shop or anything I just make them for fun!
