RSM without bijuu will only grant u knowledge of chakra, enhanced reflexes, and the ability to gather a much greater amount of nature energy which amplifies the power of your chakra,

With Sasuke's rinnegan I can solo platoons with mere genjutsu, I have preta, deva, can steal chakra from my genjutsu victims or use them spawns via outer path.

In short I pick rinnegan

Both would be epic and equally as powerful against a similar opponent, but I'd much rather have the Rinnegan.

1. You can't talk about having the Rinnegan without having Six Paths chakra that comes with it. And a highly matured Six Paths Yin chakra gives the user the physical attributes close to RSM level and ninjutsu power rivaling RSM level. So that factor alone parallels RSM (You don't even have to use Rinnegan's power)

2. On top of that, Rinnegan has a versatile set of extremely powerful techniques which alone can be catastrophic in action. This combined with the power advancements of Six Paths chakra are simply dope and unbeatable.

3. If you learn Sage Mode, you can combine it with Six Yin Paths chakra to attain RSM (albeit a weaker version). But you can't replicate the same with RSM. You can't get a Rinnegan, not even a weak version.

Clearly Rinnegan is the superior tool here.

You cannot heal the wounded with RSM. That comes with the seal which Naruto doesn't have. You can only heal yourself, that also with Kurama's power, not RSM.

Exactly, you get versatility and extensibility with Rinnegan. You can still gain RSM (a weak version) on top of Rinnegan if you have Six Paths chakra and know Sage Mode, and the due becomes even more powerful.

RSM because of the speed it has to blitz the enemy with either Rasengan, TB RS.

Polish your Six Paths chakra that comes with your Rinnegan and you'll be able to blitz your enemies with the more lethal Chidori with the same speed. There is nothing RSM can do that Six Paths chakra + Rinnegan can't. But Six Paths chakra + Rinnegan can do stuff that RSM can't. Six Paths chakra not only enhances the user's abilities to RSM level with chakra maturing but Rinnegan has a powerful set of techniques of its own.
