What percent Katsuyu can defeat Itachi?

Katsuyu is quite powerful so I wouldn't underestimate it.

Can it even move itself? How fast is it? Exactly how big is it? There are key things that we just don't know about it, and then to compare it to Itachi of all people... I can't not protest.

Weird matchup, I'll admit. Katsuyu probably can't move but it can split into a large number of slugs that can in fact move. Though Itachi could take it out before it splits.

More than enough time to place it under Genjutsu. Sasuke had no trouble binding the Kyuubi within Naruto with mere 3 tomoe, I wonder what Itachi could do to an inferior being. Being the greatest Genjutsu master that he is.

If both are at neutral state.. and itachi activates his sharingan.. thats enough time for her to seperate bodies.. so genjutsu ain't gonna help.

The Saiken is not Katsuyu. The Saiken can't split into an army of slugs.

And even if she has eyes, she is enormous. I have no reason to believe a standard genjutsu from Itachi can put her under illusion. His stronger genjuts needs eye contact, and there is no way Itachi looking in her eyes.
