Some people look way too far into the manga, so far in that even Kishi doesn't think about this shit.
People keep talking about Naruto's TBB and saying the blast is tiny compared to a normal TBB because he was holding back or whatever =D
You should just know, this type of sh!t has never been consistent in this manga. Whether or not Naruto formed it with his hands or used his guddoudama it would have created the same effect. Same thing applies to character speed. Just look at Rasengan; one episode it barely ripped through a tree then another episode it crushes somebody's organs, destroys the ground they were standing on, sends them flying into a boulder and destroys that boulder too. Jutsu's and everything are all just plot in this manga. They can't even be counted as weapons in one's arsenal anymore.
