I am not trolling Lol I said Itachi becomes blind and dies (chakra exhaustion) after spamming MS jutsu, which is true. In the whole manga where Itachi spammed his MS jutsu before death was against Sasuke. And he didn't last long

The two weapons (yata and totsuka) and the jutsu Izanami are asspulls because they appeared out of nowhere without proper description, and Itachi is the only one to use them . But most importantly, those were convenient plot tools to make Itachi look strong and relevant again

They didn't appear out of nowhere though. By that logic, anytime a character introduces a new tech, it's an *sspull. His techs were some of the few things to have foreshadowing. Other characters can whip out SM and it's fine. Whereas this ties in mythology. Lol

Yes, some people are the only ones to use their techs. Just like Kabuto is the only one to use DSM yet, Gai is the only one to ever get to 8 gates on panel, etc.

All of those techs come out in the end... he doesn't need them to look strong or relevant. Mainly because he already is relevant just throught the fight alone. He's just a shinobi who uses his strongest techs for last. That's a good battle tactic.
