[Theory] What other people do you think possess CoC Haki?

ive seen theories that mihawk doesnt have haki, that's just pathetic, i think he has, but i think it's arnament haki, and i think zoro will have all the haki's, like reyleigh does, btw if you saw the flashback when the sea kings wonder why roger heard them because luffy does it too i mean talking to seakings. i think the history repeat itself. roger pirates will be like the straw hats pirates.

For some reason I find myself hoping a few people on your list don't have it.
Maybe Zoro but if he does get it Luffy will need some power up to make him stronger than Zoro so maybe.
Akainu might have it as well possibly the other 3 admirals.
Now Coby with CoC I hope not as if anyone I hope Smoker gets it since Smoker is like the garp of the old era while Luffy is like roger.
I think big mam and Kaido will have it and Dragon.

I think Zoro has or will develop.In his fight with the birdlady(i dont remember her name) Tasigi said he didn't use haki to cut her but I think the fact she couldn't make her body stick together again is an indication that Zoro may used conquerors haki,even without knowing it.

Nah, that b*tch just felt pure fear, Zoro is badass like that, that's why if Zoro doesn't have CoC I'm ok with it, it makes him even cooler, making people fear him just by looking at his expression when he'sa bout to attack.

Coby is the Garp to Mugi's Roger! It's been foreshadowed since ancient times. Smoker is just a side marine there to be beaten. And debate all you want, my facts will prove my claim to be correct.
It's been shadowed? well if that's the case it was said that Garp was constantly fighting with the pirate king and if I have been reading/watching One Piece correctly Coby hasn't done anything of the sort while Smoker has been constantly pursuing Luffy and battling him.
Believe what you want to believe to me Coby's always going to be that pink haired kid that always cried, he's not badass enough to follow up Garp.

Conquerer's Haki that straight up knocks weak willed people out.
OT: If Zoro has it, it will be a weak version of it...nothing compared to Luffy's.
