What Movie is this..

Okay well when I was a little kid I was watching a movie I think in either Disney Channel or ABC Family.

All I remember is that a kid got ran over by a car crossing the street and the 2 kids that were with them were in court for thinking they were the ones that killed him.
(The Movie only aired once)

But in the end they found out it was his own fault cause he ran to go get a pizza that was in his car (across the street) but he didn't watch out for cars so he got runned over.​

I doubt anyone on Earth knows about that movie you just described....and maybe it´s just me but it sounds like a crap movie but to each his own.
