Using other's power to win is not solo and all of them except Itachi have the powers of others. So they didn't beat people on their own and had to rely on other's power to win.

Obito never used Hashi's power to solo. Kamui is his.

Sasuke uses EMS, an upgraded version of his MS. His power.
