What makes the Mei Terumi(5th Mizukage) weak

She's definitely not weak. Also imo I think mei >>> tsunade...tsunade is an awesome support/healer but mei and her kekke genkai (or however you say it) is too much for tsunade.

I wouldnt say there all bad considering that we havn't seen all Kazekages, Mizukages, Tsuchikage, and Raikages. Plus they fight differently than the previous with different styles.
Hashirama-best in ninjutsu and has shown some tenten like fighting style in with is wood release
Tobirama-best in water ninjutsu
Hiruzin-best in ninjutsu also, but idk it is stated he was a good shadow clone fighter.
Minato-best space-time ninjutsu
Tsunade-best medical-nin and taijutsu master.(Were talking bout hokages here)

Tsunade isn't the best at anything, she is forever second best to Hashi in strength and in Healing ninjutsu.

Konan even beats tsunade by suffocation, or explosives-lined-around-neck-induced-decapitation. This being said even though i think tsunade is really boss.

I'll be the first to say it she would beat tsunade and no not by strength or smarts but by jutsu alone. Just my opinion say what you want but she reminds me of a female kakashi.

You have no idea if she has a counter for Katsuya because mei has not shown her full kage ability's. Tsunade has shown everything that's why she seems like a logical #1 but not for long.

True i forgot about hashirama being beast at medical ninjutsu also. But didnt tsunade use the body seal thing and Madara did say that "The same ability Hashirama possessed." Also, she did heal the whole village and she's is the strongest in hand to hand strength wise. Unitil i see or hear the Hashirama do both these feats he is the best. But i would say they are equal in medical ninjutsu.

- It's not gonna hold her really, konan, can control paper explosives, and just line them around tsunade's next by waving her hand, and then they explode, decapitating madam hokage (i don't really see tsunade countering that)

I agree that Tsunade can win since she is older and her byakugo jutsu would be hard to counter. But Mei has some chakra reserves too.
-She was fighting zetsu a day ago (in naruto time) and was quickly sent to the other kages to fight madara. So she has been fighting 2 days straight.
-I dont know whos faster than who, they havent had any speed feats. Well not Mei anyway.
-The lava was just a rouse to get sasuke in the other room to melt him with boil release. Plus she timed the lave shots correctly with the Raikage's speed. And he commented on their offences.

It would probably be a stamina fight but Tsunade has higher chakra reserves than Konan so that would mean she would last longer.

Tsunade was able to jump and protect the other kages from Madaras fire jutsu before Mei could make a handsign.

Kabuto had to take pills to keep up with Tsunade.

Tsunade was able to lift Gumabuutas sword and stab Manda at the right moment.

Took out shizune (a jounin) in a second
