What makes SM naruto so fast?

why does everyone think he is so fast? i mean yes he has fast attacks e.g. FRS but hes not that fast is he, i'll put him at around kakashi's speed

in sm
- he heal fast
- power up on strength
- able to feel /sense chakra around
- many more , i forgotten :X

but after he control the 9-tailed fox
he speed will be totally epic
when he fought sasuke at valley of the end
he was only with 1 tail and cloak , sharingan(2dots) cant catch up
when killerbee fought sasuke with 8tail and cloak , he cannot even catch up
what if naruto with sm + 9tailed + cloak ? heheheh
