The reason it's special is because he was born with spiritual and physical already mixed. I.e. the secret. Harogomo,kaguya,indra and asura are closer to tailed beasts than they are to humans. They're the only ppl that get their chakra reincarnated. Whereas everyone else just dies.

Because they weren't in a shinboi village, just a regular town. When Obito said that he planned on putting the whole world into a Genjutsu, no one said it was impossible.

IT works on eveyone. Humans and animals alike yet unless you're gonna bold face tell me animals are inbread with humans they shouldn't posses chakra since they're not descendants of Harogomo.

Where as for some odd reason it doesn't work on edo tensai. Despite edo's containing chakra, and itachi is proof that edo's can be put in genjutsu wheather it be sound (kabuto) or sight (sasuke)

Then their is nagato's paths which don't posses chakra but are manipulated by it getting dropped in sound gen..

IT is special kind of Genejutsu that doesn't use chakra. But the Allience didn't notice that.

She could have byakugans before eating the fruit , or not , YIHAAAA!

I think chakra is a given stuff to everyone. Chakra from the fruit is a different chakra.

Databook says that the Byakugan started with her. So it isn't alien stuff.

A thing to take into consideration...those pictures depicting Kaguya were made by Hagoromo who couldn't have seen his mothers original form before eating the fruit. and in the picture of her seeking the fruit she is already depicted as having the Rinne Sharigan.

If we don't discard Madara's history lesson...then after Kaguya was sealed away, Hagoromo shared some chakra with humanity but they used it to connect their spiritual and physical energies to form chakra of their own...suggesting they had the ingredients for chakra, but not the ability/knowledge to create it.

even the whole Otsutsuki clan are Aliens thing is vague and unconfirmed.
