What makes people think Instant Regeneration is OP?

Really, do you people really think Regeneration makes a user immortal or OP? There are so many flaws to Regeneration. Such as:
-Limited amount of time
-Shortens amount of Cell Division (smaller life span)
-Instant healing still takes a small amount of time

What if I cut off the users Arms, Legs, and/or Head? Are they goong to be able to regenerate that? Didnt seem like Tsunade could on her own after getting cut in half. People need to take Instant Regeneration a level lower then where they think it is.

What do you think of the Instant Healing power Tsunade and Sakura have?

Regeneration is the only reason Madara was able to last so long. He would have been soloed by Lee without it.

If a 100 healings user gets chopped in half or has a full arm decapitated... The fight they are in is pretty much over. They could survive though.

Its better for smaller scale injuries like stabings.

I'm bringing it up because Madara was the only major villain to have instant healing. And no, it's not.

Didnt seem like Tsunade could on her own after getting cut in half.

Tsunade could've regenerated & refused her other half back together , but she was healing the other kage the whole time. If the other kage weren't her patients, then she would've healed herself already, with Katsuyu's help.
